Get to pick my own hours which is awesome!
Usually work around 8 to 12 hours a day and some work on weekends.

It varies. It can be between 8 hours to 15 hours if there is a deadline I need to meet.
These long days do not happen very often. The long hours are easily forgotten if people like what you did.If I do not have any meetings, I will arrive late morning at the office. In return, I stay later. I am an evening person, so I enjoy the working time when most people have left the office.

It very much depends on what is one at the moment but it also means there is some flexibility. I work anything between 8 and 15 hours (but 15 hours is very rare) and sometimes on the weekend. But sometimes I can take off a day int he middle of the week.

It varies, but in general I work 8 hours per day. If there is a deadline to meet, I can work up to 15 hours, but this doesn’t last very long and doesn’t happen very often.
