      Lava reaches a temperature of about 1200 degrees Celsius. It doesn’t matter which Volcano it is though, they are all as hot as each other. Lava can still be incredibly hot when it travel. Some lava was measured to be only 10 degrees cooler even after travelling 10 km from the volcano!
