Question: why people have red eyes on pictures is it because of a camera???

  This is called the red-eye effect and it happens when using a photographic flash very close to the camera lens, which is the case in pretty much all small cameras, in ambient low light. But most digital cameras now have an option so that this won’t happen and if it does you can correct for it with some photo software on your computers afterwards.

Question: why people have red eyes on pictures is it because of a camera???
